Villa Merja`s Garden
A villa of high quality in the center of Kuru (Ylöjärvi) on the shore of the lake Näsijärvi. Distance from Tampere 53 km.
An outdoor Jacuzzi (+38c) by the lakeside sauna. Jacuzzi for extra charge during 1.5.-30.9. 300 euros/week, during cold season (1.10.-30.4.) price 250 euros/1-2 days or 350 euros/2-7 days.
Separate wood heated lakeside sauna (size 35 m2) with living room&fireplace. Electric heated sauna also inside the villa.
Big terrace facing the lake. Own garage (carport) for 2 cars. Size of the yard 1760 m2, specially designed garden. Distance from shop, restaurant and bus stop about 0,5 km.
Changing date during summer season is Saturday/Sunday.
Extra persons visiting daytime 5 e/person.
For groups Villa Merja´s Garden offers meals and activities also, ask the office!
Open fire place in the dock (please note the restrictions according to weather conditions).
Final cleaning as service 250 euros will be added automatically.
