Villa Meka

Big, newly renovated house with a indoor and outdoor swimming pools in Sastamala, 6 km from town centre. The house situates only about 10 km from Ellivuori Ski Centre, 15 km from Lakeside Golf, 32 km from Nokia Eden Spa and 45 km from Tampere.

There is an impressive swimming pool department downstairs. Swimming pool is 6×3 m (water temperature about 22 c) and also a small cold water tub, spacy sauna and bathroom with two showers (also one shower in wc). There is also a big fireplace and bar area in pool department.

Outdoors there is a swimming pool size about 18x8x1,4m. The smaller part is not intended for swimming. Base of the outdoor pool is rubber coating and at the edges there are round natural stones. Outdoor pool is available as long as the water is not frozen through weather conditions.

There is a double bed and design bio-fireplace in master bedroom downstairs. In upstairs there are 3 separate bedrooms: one with 2 sofabeds (4 persons), one with 2 single beds and one with double bed.

There is a gardening/construction firm situating next door (visible from the windows).

Free wireless internet and karaoke equipment available.

Customer gives 200 euros safety deposit (in cash) upon arrival to the house owner. The owner refunds the safety deposit to the customer upon departure if the house and swimming pool are left in the same condition as when the rental period started.

Please note that gas for the gas grill is not included.
