The house has a total of four bedrooms, two of which are on the upper floor and require an additional fee. Both bedrooms on the lower floor have two beds each, which can be placed side by side if desired. The upstairs rooms, which are available for an additional fee, have two beds in one and three beds in the other. The ground floor also features a kitchen, a utility kitchen, and a living room.
The house also features a shower and an electric sauna. There is a yard sauna available only during the summer months from May to October. A Christmas sauna can be arranged for an additional fee. The yard offers a view of Lake Kiantajärvi.
The owner rents out a hot tub for an additional fee of 60 EUR per fill (per heating session). Guests are responsible for filling, heating, emptying, and cleaning the hot tub after use.
The upper floor of the house is available for an additional fee. If you wish to book the upper floor (2 bedrooms) for more than a week, please contact Lomarengas customer service.
In the yard, there is a gas grill and an electric smoker. There is also a dog kennel in the yard.

You can launch a boat from the caretaker's yard, located one kilometer away. A rowing boat is available at the property's lakeshore access point approximately 700 meters away.
State hunting grounds are about 200 meters away. Excellent areas for berry and mushroom picking.
