Wooden villa, built in 2014. Living room/kitchen, double bed in the bedroom, double bed and sofa bed in the loft, steep stairs to the loft, sauna, washroom/WC and spacious glazed porch with infrared heaters.
High chair, travel cot and potty.

Please note that if you need power for example for your electric car from an outdoor socket, this must be agreed with the owner in advance, an additional fee of 20 e per booking period is paid directly to the owner.
Villa is equipped with an air source heat pump, which can also be used for cooling in summer. Three TVs, one in living room, another in glazed terrace and third in loft. Refridgerator also in the loft.
Peuhu 1 is a handy small holiday home in a marine environment close to the services of the Oulu region. There is also a beach nearby, but it is eutrophic and very shallow. The popular Papinjärvi beach is located about 9 km north of the airport, and is worth driving along the road south of the airport.
Neighboring cabins nearby, old Peuhu manor for rent as a venue for various events at a distance of about 40 meters.
Frisbee golf course on the estate's land (Peuhu DiscGolfPark).
Boat marina in the village Vihiluoto, 10 km. There are also swimming beach, nature trail and bird observing tower in Vihiluoto.
Airport 7 km, services of Oulu city center 20 km, Hailuoto 30 km.
