Wood frame new (2016) cottage and old sauna cabin in Kangasala by Nuorronjärvi lake. Only 23 km from Tampere and 28 km from Sappee ski centre. To nearest village grocery shop 3,5 km and bigger supermarket about 6-11 km.
New main cabin is 68 m2. Cabin has 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with two single beds. There is also a sofabed (120cm) in the kitchen.
In lake shore older 40 m2 sauna building. In sauna building there is a bunk bed, 2 single beds and wc. PLEASE NOTE: Beds in sauna building in summer use only. During winter there is no running water in the sauna.
Nuorronranta accommodates max. 6 persons alltogether.
Wood heated bath barrel is included in the price. Bath barrel available during warm time from May until October.
The shore with a dock is with muddy bottom but in the end of yard there is a shore with better sandier shore.
In the main building (new cottage) there is an electric sauna+shower, in separate sauna building there is a wood heated sauna (no shower, water heated in sauna oven).

PLEASE NOTE! THIS COTTAGE IS NOT RENTED FOR YOUTH GROUPS OR NOISY GROUPS AS THE COTTAGE IS LOCATED VERY NEAR NEIGHBOURING HOUSES. MAXIMUM 6 PERSONS (including visitors).
